- Comfort Measures Class (hands-on prenatal class in your home to teach you tools to support you while in early labor at home. Partner/husband should attend as well.)

- 6 Phone Calls or Zoom Sessions (we can discuss birth planning, delivery wishes, and even have a mini energy session to discover if there are any limiting beliefs or fears that may hold you back from the birth of your dreams!)
- Muscle Testing (for essential oils, foods, or teas that could be beneficial)
- Text Messaging (unlimited text messaging night and day 2 weeks before the due date and 2 weeks after the baby is born.
Virtual Support Doula
Just because you live outside of Hampton Roads, VA, and its surrounding areas, doesn’t mean I can’t be your doula!
